Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom/personalized items
- Personal care products (beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without a reason. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at studio@incabones.com.
